Become a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE). The LCCE credential assures women & their families that you have reached a standard level of knowledge and skills. Lamaze Certification is achieved by passing the Lamaze International Certification Exam, which is offered twice a year. Attending this seminar is one of the steps in the eligibility process.
The structure of the seminars will be three days (often consecutive) from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm in the Central Time Zone. The cost is $400. Generally, the seminars will be held either virtually or in Spring, Texas, however, other host sites may be arranged (please contact us if an alternate host site or dates are desired).
Teach You! Childbirth will comply with all policies of Lamaze. The program director will hold decision-making authority for policies of Teach You! Childbirth.

When you register for a Childbirth Education Project (CEP) workshop, you become part of our community of vibrant learners. Led by program director Robin Elise Weiss, Ph.D., MPH, CLC, AdvCD(DONA), LCCE, FACCE, you are supported and celebrated as you start or continue your childbirth education career. 

Upon registration, you are invited to become an engaged CEP learner, excited to become an effective and dynamic childbirth educator. Our workshops help you to embrace creativity, active learning, and evidence-based information. We use our time together efficiently, sharing information and resources that will be valuable to you to help families be prepared and confident during the childbearing year. 

We understand the challenges of working independently or within a hospital system, and can help you to do both with confidence. 

We model how to create a learning environment that families will rave about and that you will have fun facilitating for both in-person and virtual classrooms. You will be able to teach in either environment with confidence. 

We support you after your workshop with ongoing community-building activities, events, and resources that keep you connected to your trainers, your cohort, and the CEP community of learners. 

Our program offers a post-training community and exam prep support as you work to earn the LCCE credentials, equity funding, and payment plans. There are discounts for previous students of Robin and Sharon.

OUR MISSION
To provide evidence-based information using Lamaze principles to participants who want to become childbirth educators, to perinatal nurses who want to enrich their nursing practice, and to childbearing families.
Become a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE). The LCCE credential assures women & their families that you have reached a standard level of knowledge and skills. Lamaze Certification is achieved by passing the Lamaze International Certification Exam, which is offered twice a year. Attending this seminar is one of the steps in the eligibility process.
The structure of the seminars will be three days (often consecutive) from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm in the Central Time Zone. The cost is $400. Generally, the seminars will be held either virtually or in Spring, Texas, however, other host sites may be arranged (please contact us if an alternate host site or dates are desired).
Teach You! Childbirth will comply with all policies of Lamaze. The program director will hold decision-making authority for policies of Teach You! Childbirth.
