The Israel Lamaze Childbirth Educator Program Director, Rachelle Oseran, became a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator through the UCLA School of Nursing and has been teaching Lamaze classes for the past 41 years. She is also a Mindfulness-Based Childbirth & Parenting instructor and incorporates basic mindfulness tools in the seminar.
