Membership/Certification
Lamaze International does not issue refunds for membership or certification fees, including certification exam fees. Memberships and certifications are granted to individuals and are non-transferable.
Educational Products
Refund requests may be considered if submitted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product has not been accessed, viewed, or completed. Lamaze International reserves the right to deny refund requests and may apply a cancellation fee to approved refunds. All purchases are non-transferable.
Users receive indefinite access to purchased online courses; however, access and support for digital products are guaranteed for three years from the date of purchase. If you lose access within this three-year period, please contact info@lamaze.org for assistance.
Courses are reviewed every three years by the Lamaze Continuing Education Committee to ensure content remains current. Courses that are outdated or no longer relevant may be discontinued.
Educational Events and Activities
Refunds, minus an administrative cancellation fee, are available only for written cancellation requests received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event. Administrative fees may vary by event.
Name changes or registration substitutions must be submitted at least 15 days before the event. Any financial arrangements for substitutions are the responsibility of the original registrant and their replacement.
Additional Policies
A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Lamaze International reserves the right to cancel any product or event due to circumstances beyond its control.
