The Seminar is held from the Central Time Zone. It is via Zoom. There is a combination of “internet scavenger hunts” for videos and other resources as part of the instruction (links provided), as well as live interactions on Zoom. This is a fun, interactive event where we bond over birth. The seminar starts daily at 8:30 am. It is officially over at 5:30 pm but is usually over a little before this as time is built in for practice of skills and “homework.”

Handouts will be shared from Google Drive, and instructions will be provided as to which handouts to print for use during the seminar. there will also be an email with a list of things to gather before the seminar starts.
